I concluded that the same ability to quiet the mind and master the thinking process, which I experience in my own Meditation practice, was exactly what my clients needed to overcome their unhealthy habits.

Course Overview

In this short six-hour course participants will:

Bullet Develop a solid understanding of the practice of meditation,
Bullet Learn how to meditate,
Bullet Experience a deep state of meditation through the use of hypnosis,
Bullet Receive a post hypnotic suggestion to allow a return to deep meditation at will,
Bullet Receive a hypnosis CD to reinforce the hypnotic work individually,
Bullet Practice meditation and share experiences and questions.

 

After completing "In the Moment", participants will be able to practice meditation on their own and integrate the practice with stressful situation at work and in their personal lives.
