Rick founded Actualize in 1996. During the past eleven years, he has helped hundreds of men and women overcome the obstacles standing between them and their health and fitness goals.
Using concerted techniques including exercise, diet, meditation, hypnotherapy, and massage therapy, Rick has helped his clients to reverse chronic muscular imbalances, identify and change limiting self concepts, and achieve profound and lasting shifts to healthy lifestyles.
