Shared session
clients meet once or twice a week, for one-hour
sessions. The focus of training depends on your specific
needs: Body shaping, injury rehabilitation and weight
loss can all be accomplished in group settings. |

No waiting around for
equipment! All sessions are programed and supervised by
a certified trainer, and circuit training techniques are
used to keep the pace challenging and fun for everyone.
Members rotate between stations and work at their own
level and pace. |
