Gift Certificate - Hypnosis: Each session is individually developed based on the desires of the client. An initial session takes about 90 minutes. In that time we will do an in depth interview and outline the work we want to accomplish in the session. Each session will be recorded and the client will be given a CD of the session to reinforce the suggestions and images used.

It will also give you a post-hypnotic suggestion which will allow you to return to your meditation quickly.
