Payment:

Actualize uses the PayPal shopping cart, which utilizes secure socket layer (SSL) to ensure that credit card and other personal information you submit is encrypted. Online purchases do not require a PayPal membership.

Shipping:

Actualize ships exclusively with the United States Postal Service (USPS) via "Priority Mail" throughout all 50 United States. Shipping charges calculated through the PayPal shopping cart are applicable to U.S. order only. Shipping on international orders will be calculated manually.

All orders will be processed immediately upon receipt. For U.S. orders you should receive physical product in 7-10 days. If you order one or more PDFs, you will receive a link to a password-protected directory via email.

Returns:

CDs may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping. Gift Certificates and PDFs are non-refundable. Gift Certificates are valid for one year, and may be redeemed by the holder.

Privacy:

Actualize does not sell or rent any of our users' personal information to third parties.
